I want to give this product five stars. Everything is simple, without complicated settings. The problem is that the lid has to be screwed down like this. If you don't line it up perfectly, you won't be able to unscrew it and you won't be able to screw it back on. I have issued a return for this item as I was unable to remove the cover. This is after cooking rice in it. I didn't want to send it back with old rice. Luckily I finally removed the cap and filled it until I could feel it screwing in and out. Just be aware that if you have mobility issues, you will have a lot of trouble with this item.
