There can be a bad weld on aluminum as is.

This part was leaking less than 24 hours after the mechanic installed and repaired the AC system. Might be a bad weld on aluminum as it's a pinhole but what a pain. Are you buying AC Delco parts for compatibility but still have quality issues?
