I recommend to buy, the product is of high quality.

From each iron they sing how good it is on AMD, this is the first time I am assembling a system on it, although I have had a laptop on the Ryzen 4600H for a year now. The motherboard was chosen with a margin for the transition to the 5000 series. What can I say, the rumors are embellished, as I think, as always, a lot of nuances. If I'm not lucky, if everything is not so rosy. There are some problems with overclocking on this CPU, don’t believe the diferambs, you won’t achieve anything beyond the declared performance characteristics without experience and hours of debugging, rare luck is needed, because AMD has already overclocked everything that is possible. According to TTX, its memory frequency is up to 3200 MHz, although information about 3800 MHz is found almost everywhere. Having bought not the cheapest memory and motherboard, without overclocking anything but memory at all, I suffered for a month before I was able to overcome spontaneous system reboots, and then I had to get into Advances CPU Settings and turn off the CStes energy saving technology. This is not a solution to the problem, I understand, but not an accident either. A colleague has exactly the same system, and he also receives spontaneous reboots, though less often. Which proves that there is a dependency on the instance, and some may be lucky, but some may not. Be careful: when I used Intel, overclocking consisted of activating XMP in BIOS. Here, by activating DOCP, I achieved only unstable work and long torment in the search for what is happening at all. Note that I did not overclock the cores, did not touch the timings, etc. I just raised the memory frequency to increase the IF frequency. Disabling CStates seemed to help, the memory started up at 3600, but after a long idle time in the off state, the PC does not start the first time, but only the second, swearing at DRAM. Which indirectly hints at the curvature of the AMD chipset. If this is not enough for you, I'll tell you about the 4600H in the laptop. It heats up like a frying pan, if you do not limit the CPU frequency to 1700 MHz in the game, the fans howl like a fighter, and T jumps up to 100 degrees, and the TP answers: this is the norm! By turning off the turbo boost, and then limiting the frequencies to almost half of the nominal, the laptop can be used without fear for its fate. draw conclusions

Pros
  • Good performance, relatively low heat when used with Thermalright ARO-M14O. The temperature does not rise above 85 even with a stress test at 4.1 GHz at 100% use, more often T is lower.
Cons
  • There are compatibility and launch issues. From the very beginning, I encountered a number of problems when building a new PC on AMD: the stone does not drive the memory frequency to 3600 MHz, although the HyperX memory was taken with the expectation of this (XMP). Whea errors appear, spontaneous reboots, sometimes the motherboard does not start, swearing at DRAM (Rog Strix B550-F gaming wifi). Already ated BIOS, does not help. I had to get into the hidden CPU settings in BIOS and disable Global CStates, which indirectly affects the idle CPU consumption and work with RAM.
