After having this lathe for about a month, the speed control board shorted out and stopped working. I found the manufacturer (VEVOR a Chinese company), emailed and called them repeatedly. After much useless discussion, they said that they have the controller in stock, but they would not send it to me because I could not show a receipt. I bought the lathe from the original owner who had it for a year. I told them that it is customary to sell parts for what you manufacture, and I tried working with them for over four months.
