Just now that we are not visiting Thai restaurants, I fell in love with them because they make Thai tea! There are powders in the tea leaves that can get into the drink and aren't very pleasant to drink, so I always had to filter them out with coffee filters, which took forever and wasted a lot of tea. When I brew Thai tea it's always for lunch or family dinners so I usually brew about 2 gallons at a time and these giant bags are perfect for that! in a bag along with onion, ginger and garlic! I will definitely be gifting some of these to my friends and family!
