The best part about datamon is that they are very honest with you when it comes to pricing for your project, as well their customer service department really helped me out in getting my needs met within our budget! I think there's nothing i dislike so far from this software but maybe if we could have more options regarding what type or size file(s) can be uploaded at one time? There was an issue where some files were not uploading properly (no space left error message). We used them because other companies charged us too much money per month/year compared than how many hours did each person require using these services during work days etc..
