Broken and can’t replace

My 3 year old was so excited to receive tools on Christmas. This arrived with both the the shipping box and the actual package intact. But inside, the toolbox itself is broken in the corner, splintering and unsafe for a child. Additionally, one of the straps designed to hold the tools was detached as well. We are unable to exchange it for another and since my daughter loves the actual tools, she will have to go without the box which is extremely disappointing considering what we paid. I do not recommend.

The paint and varnish on the wooden pieces may chip off after prolonged use, making the toy look unattractive and exposing children to potentially harmful materials

Bought 2. Was going to give as a gift, box was broken inside , cheap wood, not durable, so I made a drawstring bag to hold items. Also one set was missing a screw driver. Buyer beware, you get what you pay for.
