Review on AIGalaxy by Anuj Mierzejewski

I have been using this software since it was first released to replace our old outdated records program. It is easy to use and has helped us stay organized with patient information. Everything works like a charm! It is not compatible with our mobile devices. The customer service also does not help out as much as they used to so be prepared to spend some time troubleshooting. There are other programs out there that are more user friendly but this program is still better than others in regards to usability. We are able to keep up with paperwork very easily and I find that it is helping our office run smoothly. We are using the software to help us organize our patient's information. The customer service is outstanding. They are always willing to answer questions or help with anything we need. At this time the software only has one feature that I like. It does not have a way to track referrals. If you are looking for something as simple as an appointment book to use in clinic, this program may be for you. We are trying to keep a file on every patient in our office.
