The team at iTech was very responsive to our needs - they were always available for follow up questions or concerns throughout this process of building out my website with them! They are also great communicators who made sure we understood exactly what needed done as well how it would be implemented in order make us happy customers long term!! There wasn't anything really negative about working through their services; everything worked perfectly from start-to finish (even after launch).

We have been able use all aspects within Siteground's platform including hosting options such CMS customization etc., which has allowed me many years later still not having any problems when updating content myself without needing assistance/support anymore :).
