When this phone first broke (whole base station just died) I thought it was an accident. Sent it back, got another one (had to send it to Canada!). The second phone - around the same time (a little less than a year) - also died for no real reason. The base station is no longer receiving power. ? I have no idea - I will try to send this one back but I don't want the third one. Pretty disappointed. Other problems with the phone are that the device is uncomfortable to hold - it slides easily, it has a rounded back, so if you put it on the table and try to press the buttons - it doesn't work at all (what is required for the speaker). phone mode) and the user interface is not friendly at all. It's very difficult to try and find what you're looking for without going back to the manual or spending a lot of time on it. In general, I no longer care about this phone.
