Update from 01/25/2022. I originally gave this product 3 stars, but CDEFG customer service exceeded my expectations and replaced my broken armrest. I'm increasing my rating from 3 to 5 stars. Nothing indicates that the problem I encountered was systemic and could be an isolated case. Anyway, overall I'm happy with my experience with the CDEFG armrest. My first review is as follows: This armrest was comfortable, fitted well in my car and met all expectations. Nevertheless I award 3 stars. . After 6 months of use, the spring mechanism in one of the adjustment slots failed (see 2nd picture). If the button is NOT pressed, the inner latch must be pulled out to engage the armrest shaft (first image shows the latch fully extended). That's not the case with mine. This resulted in one side of the armrest falling off and eventually breaking the armrest itself (see 3rd image). Please note that this issue may be unique to me and is not a general issue. All in all I would give it 5 stars if it retained its structural integrity for longer than six months. At €40 I expected more.
