The connector is designed for very heavy duty, high capacity and reliability. However, to install it you will need either a special tool for crimping the cable or soldering the lugs to the cable. You have to do a thing or two to make a good connection. This is a great item, it only requires special assembly. This is really a 5 star item, the only downside is the special assembly. The connector housings are made of thick plastic and are very durable. The only problem you might have is that they can crack or break if they fall on a concrete floor while connected with heavy cables. This looks more like abuse than a problem with the product. These are good industrial quality connectors, I recommend them.
