We were looking for cheap ways to save water so we decided to replace the old showerhead in our apartment which was probably 2.5 gallons per minute or another model was . Got this from a big hardware store nearby. Installation was easy; No tools are required except Teflon tape (not included) for the main connection to the wall. The only difficulty was removing all of the old teflon tape that was stuck to the pipe from the previous head. The showerhead is mostly plastic, so I wouldn't smack it; but at this price I wouldn't expect anything supernatural, and plastic doesn't bother me much (bonus: plastic doesn't rust). Most settings are great too - we found the setting that sprays from the second to the outermost ring gave the best deck pressure. There's no water pressure issue with this shower head, and it's nice to know we're saving some water with it. The pause button is also practical for saving additional hot water when lathering up.
