Great idea, bad design
I was really excited about this because the first time I used my flattop I was fiddling with paper towels, spices etc. Although the item is made of durable materials, the design is very thin. The shelf has a small bar that runs through the middle of the shelf making it unbalanced. The center rack is a two piece structure that wobbles when hanging/removing utensils. And the clamp is stretched, not tightened. Really great idea, great design, bad construction.
