10/03/18 When I selected the "Dough" function I found that the dough was very hot and very sticky while kneading (I always mix flour with cold water), which means that the dough is kneaded. The reason for this is that the pan is abnormally hot during kneading, so during kneading the dough is already pre-washed, so the dough breaks easily and does not have the stretch required for toast bread, and this is irreversible. When I got this machine, it can make good dough. This problem only started when Revain's return window closed (04/10/18) and it seems to be getting worse. Now my bread maker couldn't make dough let alone bread after a few uses. Update 11/11/18: I haven't contacted support and figured it out myself. Now I bake bread every week and it works well. I would give it 4.5 stars but based on the price it's worth 5 if it doesn't break. A few small problems: 1. The machine moves a little while kneading if the flour is >300g, 2. The lid came off one day and I put it back in place.
