Happy with gluten free results.

Bought for my wife who is gluten intolerant. We used to buy Udi frozen gluten free bread from Costco but when they changed the loaf size I started looking elsewhere. I ended up ordering a Hamilton Beach 29885 Bread Maker and so far we are very pleased. We have both baked gluten free bread, not only have they grown larger resulting in more slices for toast or sandwiches, but she is very happy with the improved taste. She got me trying a piece and I have to say I was impressed too. We are so…

It is a stable and quiet mixer.

I only use this bread machine for baking bread and pizza dough. I love it. The pizza dough recipe associated with this machine is also easier and healthier than my previous bread machine pizza dough recipe. This machine is much quieter than many bread makers I've had. What I like best is that it is very stable. He does not "walk" or "jump" on the table. My previous bread maker fell off the kitchen island (and blew a hole in the wood floor) because it "came out" off the table during the mix and…

Update 11/11/18 on Bread Maker

10/03/18 When I selected the "Dough" function I found that the dough was very hot and very sticky while kneading (I always mix flour with cold water), which means that the dough is kneaded. The reason for this is that the pan is abnormally hot during kneading, so during kneading the dough is already pre-washed, so the dough breaks easily and does not have the stretch required for toast bread, and this is irreversible. When I got this machine, it can make good dough. This problem only started…

Acceptable (3.5 Stars)

Let's start with audible alarms. I prefer a breadmaker that makes three beeps: first when toppings are about to be added; second, when the batch is ready (and the spatula can be removed); and finally when the bread is ready. According to the instructions, this device should only emit the first and third beeps. But I never managed to hear the first, only the last beep. The second beep is very important in my opinion. If you prefer a firm crust of bread, it's almost impossible to remove the…
