Revainrating 5 out of 5

Super cool pedals!

Firstly, if you don't know what you are doing, FIND SOMEONE WHO UNDERSTANDS! Those comments about junk or inferior materials are just lies. Installed them on a high mileage R Barracuda XF 98 and immediately went on an 11 mile run, no problem! These beads replace the most painful pedals I have ever known and let me tell you, these pedals are like platforms under my feet! Traction is excellent but not sticky, making minor adjustments to the assistance effortless. Installation was a breeze, I simply wiped it down with rubbing alcohol, blasted with a large dose of Nanowax, dipped the threads in Rotella T after thoroughly cleaning the threads and installed. To my dismay I found that my old pedals were barely tightened. , so I was sure I had planted them correctly. They are not tightened by torque but by the interaction of the seat and thread. probability of breakage. Finger-tighten the wrench, position the wrench with the pedal handle so that you can easily hold both firmly in one hand, and GENTLY but deliberately strike the end of the wrench with a large hammer so that the weight of the hammer breaks the hammer Key can turn up The seats have threads. You'll see and feel it when it's tight, it's tight, don't be stupid and break it. If you don't know what you're doing, find someone who does. These pedals are great, 10 out of 10, buy them. Update: 7 days, driving 140 miles daily, works perfectly ktli. There was a little play on the left side so I CAREFULLY removed the hex plug, carefully removed the nut, washer and pedal for inspection, pleased to see plenty of grease on all surfaces. Puff! He still has play - that's well assembled hex screw, tighten tightly, and viola, no more slip, no sticking. Have fun driving!
