The ability for multiple users/companies in one instance of software - it's not just about storing your information but also accessing or using them efficiently without having too many different instances open up simultaneously (which would be an annoyance). Also with this tool you can create customizations which makes things easy when there are changes needed throughout our system every day as well as other processes within our business. I think they need more features like some sorta reporting function where we could pull reports together easily into 1 document so everyone knows what has been done recently etc., instead of asking people individually if something was completed by emailing each person involved directly! We use Century mainly because its very affordable compared to others out their who offer similar services yet have much higher prices than ours.
