My broad short legs are like that
I'm a size 6 because there wasn't a size 5.5 so they're a bit long but the straps keep them in place. I'm an adult but have short, wide feet with a high arch, which gives me room for my toes. In addition, there are no cartoons, no hearts and sparkles.
