I've had this pump for a little over 4 years and I'm finally taking it out of service and upgrading. It has been unreliable since I received it. In that time I probably did 25-30 evacuations and sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. Sometimes I'm dependent on colleagues because I can't create a sufficiently deep vacuum with them. I've changed the oil every 2-3 jobs but that doesn't help much. I thought it might be my micron sensor but ruled it out after testing it on other pumps. I don't know what else to say, but it was unreliable and scared me almost every time I needed it. Try something different, I went with Nawak.
