Review on Cuisinart CFP-9GMPCY 9-Cup Food Processor - Gunmetal: Efficient Kitchen Appliance for Easy Meal Preparation by Jeff Zamora

I have been planting a garden and wanted a simple food processor for chopping and chopping so after reading many reviews I decided on this one. This one stood out for both positive reviews and ease of use and so far I like it and it's perfect for my small kitchen. I've mainly used it to grate a summer squash that's sprouted from the garden, but I've also tried making quick bread, mashing pesto, and chopping onions and nuts. The grating is perfect, the pesto was great and the grinding was just ok, but maybe I just need a little more practice. One of my goals was to make bread dough, but I haven't gotten around to it yet, so I'm not sure I really needed to buy a dough hook. It's also easy to clean and wipe down, there are no nooks or crannies to store food, and the bowl, slices, and knives are dishwasher safe. I'll add that 9 cups might not be enough for the serious cook, but for the casual cook like me it's perfect.
