I bought two of these for two 56" fans. One for the hunter and one for the hunter's compartment. After both fans are installed and balanced, they will not wobble or move. You should make one smaller since I have 12" on the center joists, but I simply put two pieces of 4"X4"X11" between the joists and attached them to the new 4x4x11 spacers. I knew I still had to get into the attics, so I didn't buy them to avoid having to hang my fan on something more durable than just an electrical box in the ceiling. Comes with everything you need including screws. Definitely recommend if you know what you're doing. If you don't have the skills to install it, get an electrician to install and connect the fan.
