The most useful feature is that it can create patterns in different sizes so you don't have to buy them all at once! It's easy enough if I need help but not really intuitive - there are lots of confusing options which take time getting used too (especially when working alone).

If anyone needs something simple like this then go ahead otherwise try another program first as they do offer trial versions or free trials/demos etc- very helpful before committing yourself fully!! We needed an app where we could design our own clothes using 3d models instead buying off shelf designs. This has allowed us keep up quickly without having to spend hours researching new products online each month rather than months waiting weeks till stock arrives here locally.
