Review on Micro 100 FG 250 040 Grooving Projection by Russ Charmin
Small size, Not for hard materials
Very sharp and high quality carbide. Could not machine more than 12 grooves in hardened 4140 chromoly steel. The tool has very little material under the cutting tip and will break as the material hardens. Highly recommended for aluminum or brass, but stay away from hard or stainless steels.
