As a regular internet shopper, I picked Modundry since I had read that they offered great customer care. My search for a new pair of running shoes led me to their website, which appeared to have a respectable range. I placed my order and anticipated the delivery of my new sneakers with anticipation. The shoes were the wrong size, which astonished me when the delivery finally arrived. I contacted Modundry's customer service department right away, hoping for a speedy resolution to the issue. I repeatedly contacted Modundry's customer support department, but every time I did, I received the same unsatisfactory response. It became obvious that their claim to offer great customer service was nothing more than a hollow pledge. I was forced to return the shoes and ask for a refund in the end. I won't be purchasing at Modundry again because of the unpleasant overall experience. I advise you to explore elsewhere for your online buying needs if you place a high value on good customer service.
