Review on Applaud by Leon Johnsson

I like how it can be used as an app or website for employees who want to take advantage of their benefits such as PTO days off during holidays. The design could use some work but isn't too bad at this point. There are also features where you get paid time-off if someone quits so there's no need to worry about finding new staff right away. We're using it mainly because we have many different departments within our organization which allows us to send information out quickly with ease while being able to track everything down easily afterwards.
