I have used slightly larger silicone brushes for dishes and body before. This is one is smaller and very easy to carry or pack. I also like the idea of rinsing it off and mold or gunk is less likely to form on it.Just like using any other scrubbers, it takes a few minutes to adjust and stimulate the skin. It has 2 different brush sides, (one is thicker than the other). The thinner side works well for the face while the other has been alright for the body if needed.The only thing I found a bit bothersome was the space where you can place your fingers to use it and the rim location for hanging it. Water can collect inside it and will not drain as there is no holes at the other end of the insert.Aside from the problem above. It's a good tool to have on top of others to help clean off anything. Especially as a backup when traveling.
