So no, not a replacement cable for a landline phone. Rather, my father-in-law has this huge massage chair. He literally LIVES in this thing. Once it stopped working - No response from the wired remote. So after the diagnosis I made my decision. The wired remote does NOT communicate with the chair's main circuit board. Surprise surprise. The cable that connects these two devices is EXACTLY THE HANDLE CABLE. So I tried. and voila. that works great! Thanks for saving us $3,000 by buying another fancy thing and making a father-in-law. less mad at me! Hooray brownie glasses!
