I like how it allows me to keep my contacts organized as well as their contact information so I can send emails or call them when needed. It also lets you see what leads have been converted into sales opportunities which helps you decide if they're worth pursuing further. When you first set up your account there's no way to get started without paying $99/month. If this isn't something you need then just skip ahead until you find something else better suited to your needs. We use Salesforce CRM software but didn't feel comfortable having all those different accounts open because some were more important than others. So using Lead Management was perfect since each lead would be under one category (e.g., Marketing) rather than multiple categories across several applications.
