Love, love, love these hiking boots. I couldn't find anything similar. I have Darco which helps me get my metatarsals pain free. I am recovering from a fifth metatarsal fracture and wear sturdy walking shoes. My podiatrist recommended that I switch to smaller shoes. My employer only allows narrow shoes. I ordered this one and couldn't be happier. It protects my legs. The square front protects my toes every time I bump into something. It's so comfortable and soft I'm willing to order another for the other leg even though I don't need it. You may need to work on the adjustment, but the straps are actually adjustable. I wear size 7. It fits perfectly. my foot is narrow I managed to adjust the straps just fine. I highly recommend this shoe.
