Poor finish resulted in rust in less than a year

I've owned them for a year now but only use them with summer wheels. So you don't see much snow, ice, salt before they are removed, if at all. I've been on gravel less than 10 times and I'd estimate they've done less than 6000 miles and look terrible. Never used an impact wrench to remove or tighten and the coating still failed.
