I bought two JLab Audio Talk USB microphones for office use. One of these seems to work fine. However, the second one is now on my shelf and gathering dust. People on the other end of the line tell me all the time that my voice comes and goes and is often distorted. I contacted the company within the 30 day return period and was told to plug the mic into the rear USB port (which I did) and unplug/replug the USB cable (which I did). After doing what I was told, the mic seemed to work fine for a couple of weeks of limited usage (about 3-5 calls a week), but audio quality issues resurfaced and seemed to get worse. As a result, the microphone is now gathering dust on my shelf.
