It is very durable when installed correctly. The instructions are not well written, so you need to plan and measure carefully in advance. In my case I had to install the 2x4 rebar in the opposite direction as the ceiling joists were in the same direction as the ceiling hangers which would not fit standard 16 inch joists. A larger 4x8' would have been better in terms of installation. if i had a place in my garage.
