Not suitable for Monarch caterpillars - Cheap plastic - Breaks easily if not broken upon arrival

I bought this to breed some Monarch caterpillars thinking I it would be a great way for my 4 year old daughter to learn about them and watch them grow.1. It came with a gap in the grid. It was small but still large enough for the caterpillar to run away. I had to patch with Duct Tape.2. The round plastic spin hole did not seal well. I ended up wrapping cling film around the inside of the round piece of plastic to (again) make sure no caterpillars escaped.3. I have small hands but of course it was difficult for me to put my hand in to clean and move things without manually touching the rails. The round plastic spin hole broke after about a week. It just broke right off the screw. Duct Tap saved the day again.5. About 2 weeks later the handle of the cage broke. The air duct is sealed with adhesive tape for the third time. A nice idea, but not the best solution for keeping insects for long.
