Pointed tweezers were off center making them ineffective when plucking. I have several tweezers from this brand and have NEVER had one of this type. I doubt the authenticity of this product. The engraving on the tweezers isn't even the same as the ones I bought at the cosmetics store. Sent back for a full refund as they are DEFECTIVE. If I have good customer service, my feedback will be influenced.
