Review on Hug Bud Weighted Blanket Adults by Jeff Labore

I have fibromyalgia which keeps me up many nights between insomnia and/or insomnia caused by pain that hits my legs and shoulders more at night than during the day. I decided on a weighted blanket and settled on this after reading various articles from various companies. Judging by my weight, I should have ordered one that weighed a little more, but I've gotten up a few times during the night to use the bathroom and was concerned that anything over 15 pounds would be too big for me to get in . and out of bed. I'm glad I went with this weight. It gets the job done and is easy to manage when I get up in the middle of the night. I sleep better and it lasts about half an hour and I really feel the muscles in my legs relax and soon I fall asleep. I warm up easily and was happy to find that the blanket didn't make me overheated even though I was 15 pounds. It somehow adjusts to my body temperature and keeps me right where I need to be comfortable. I couldn't be happier. One of my best friends is buying one for her son for Christmas as he has terrible sleeping habits. I assured her that he would see the difference!
