I like that it is easy to set up, use, manage all of my gift card programs for clients in one place! It makes managing client loyalty cards very simple as well - no more having multiple applications or folders with different codes/coupons etc., just go into RexNet once (it's FREE) & you're good-to-go from there!! The only thing i dislike about this program was not being able to see what type each code has when viewing them within your account page.- but they have since updated their web interface so now we can view those details easily too by clicking "view detail". Great product overall though. Highly recommend using if anyone needs an integrated system where everything relating to customer reward points are housed together under 1 roof. !
