The paint came off immediately when I tightened the Allen key. I had to tighten it very tightly to keep them from moving. Once in place and tightened, they seem to be holding up well. The tiny hex bolts on the footpegs fell right out, b4 gave me a chance to make sure they were where I wanted them. Test drive less than 2 km. They look good and seem to work well.
