Review on 🎧 Philips O'Neill SHO9575BW/28 THE SPECKED In-Ear Headset: Sleek Black and White Design by Beverly Smith

I got my Phillips SHE-9501 headphones as a gift about 5 years ago and they still sound fantastic. When the plastic started cracking, I decided to upgrade to the SHO-9575BW with a built-in microphone. I should have listened to other reviews but having had so much luck with my other Philips I bought this one. BIG MISTAKE. The sound of wiping the coating is constantly heard, the built-in volume control cracks, the sound quality / volume is not close to SHE-9501, and after 3 months the right kidney fell off. I listen to music all day at work and am now using my old pair again until I find a real upgrade. NOT SATISFIED CUSTOMER.
