I bought this to use in our basement as a clothing rack where I hang clothes to dry. Our basement is very old and has a concrete floor that is uneven. This garment rack doesn't wobble and has done exactly what I wanted it to do. It looks great, too. Assembly only took about 15 minutes, but would have gone much quicker with another person to assist.The only thing I would warn is that the rack is pretty short. I am 5' 5" and the top bar is lower than my eye level. If you plan to stack anything taller than a storage basket on the bottom rack, you won't be able to hang long dresses or pants without them touching. This doesn't bother me since I don't store anything large on the bottom rack.Overall, it's a sturdy clothing rack and I would definitely purchase again.
