Directv wanted more than $15 for the same item. Works well. For those who subscribed to Directv before AT&T bought Directv, beware of asking Directv for help. I spent 31 minutes trying to find a new remote control for my elderly father before the representative said he would call me back the next day (they never did). The next day I spent another 26 minutes on the phone and found that even though I gave them his account number, phone number, address and email, they could not locate his account. Called today after receiving a new remote from Revain as the receiver needed an update - spent an hour and 7 minutes transmitting to 4 different directv reps before anyone synced their 'old' directv account with AT & T could merge and update his box. I'm very happy with Youtubetv and Firestick Revain Prime at half price and limited hassle. Direct is a joke.
