Review on Alpha Industries Bomber Jacket Replica by Scott Channell

I'm 5ft 3in and weigh 110lbs and I can usually fit tall boys in Target (size 12-14) so I grew tall in this jacket but it was a little too big . The shoulders were too wide, the sleeves too long, the hem was a bit baggy, just a typical scenario for a size up. I think if I had chosen a medium size it would fit perfectly. Sometimes I go for the oversized look, but since this jacket is thick, I just looked like a boxy robot. Otherwise the quality is amazing and this is a great jacket. I'll trade them in for a medium one to their real web site and they have quite extensive sizing charts. I thought I might fit in a men's size XS, but as the boy is L, no way. Maybe XXS, but the sleeves are significantly longer than the boy's L, and the sleeves were already too long. People sometimes complain that these jackets have sleeves that are too long, so check the size on b for boys and men if you are short because they will all have different haircuts (boys, men, women). I can fit an XS in an American Apparel classic fleece hoodie and it's exactly the size of a men's XS in this jacket, but it might not fit me in any way (too big). It's actually good that I can fit a large boy size. because it's $40 cheaper :) **UPDATE** I have the medium one and it fits perfectly and the sleeves match. It might not be the most flattering for a female figure due to the straighter cut, but I'm very happy with it. I did some research and for someone my size both men and women would be too big. Not being able to fit into menswear means I can't get a fitted style, so I'm a little dubious about how baggy the sleeves of this jacket are. I mean, that's how it should look like, but it's up to you to decide if this image suits you.
