My husband said they are half a size shorter in the front and the ribs on the sides on the instep are too stiff and have not loosened in the weeks he has been wearing them. They also didn't stretch at all. They suit him, but there is absolutely no wiggle room. He can't wear them on hot and humid summer days because his feet are cramped.
