Advertised features are missing

The ad says there are tons of extra features for softening butter, cooking bacon and more. They even have a sticker on the top of the door frame telling you how to make your choice - but look at the control panel? Where are these functions? The user manual says nothing about how to access it; therefore they do not exist. This is a lie and could result in this company being subjected to bait and spoof laws.
