Review on Aupoko GQ4-53T Keyless Entry Remote Key Fob for Dodge Ram 1500 2500 3500 by Doug Davis

I ordered this replacement fob because my 5 year old fob was starting to go haywire (for a 2015 Ram 1500) - it was super sensitive, triggers, unlocks three , four or more if he took the keys out of his pocket. Instead of buying the full set for four times the price I bought this item. When it arrived I found that this keychain came with no instructions. Not knowing what to do, I put it aside and started wrestling with my original keychain. When I couldn't take it anymore, I did numerous searches and found half a dozen programming methods, none of which made sense. In desperation I disassembled both key fobs and came up with a plan - I would replace the button's rubber cover, as the key fobs were almost identical it fitted perfectly. The button turns out to be a pattern engraved on a circuit board and a metal disc glued to a rubber insert. By swapping out the earbuds, I solved the problem without reprogramming. I solved my problem for a great price and if I ever find a programming guide I will program a new key fob.
