Hesitant at first but it makes good holes for my corn pit projects. It has some weight, not flimsy at all. The stand is also well made and easy to attach. With a saw that big, I just centered my router and then let the saw cut. I applied a little pressure using just the weight of my drill bit and my hands and it cut cleanly and smoothly at a good and slow speed. With my large 1/2" drill, I had to use an extra handle because there is a lot of torque when cutting. The pegs took a little coaxing to get out, but the hole was perfectly round and centered where I wanted. This After 4 holes (2 sets) it still looks fresh.
