On the second, a suture was visible on examination. Okay, so there is no way to contact them about this. Decided to return/exchange for another. The exchange office was bare. I don't know what to do yet, I really wanted to buy 3 sets for a car, camper and truck. Bought for $54 each. Maybe the black marker colors it enough to be imperceptible. Now the price has gone up to $68, at that price you can invest in better markers. They really need to improve quality control. I don't know how to rate them overall as I haven't even sat on them.
