I found this company on YouTube while looking for a way to wrap my laptop. After watching 3 videos, 2 professional and 1 amateur application film, I decided to buy a few to pack the top of my laptop. A complete waste of time. The first time I followed the instructions (cleaning with alcohol, lowering and heating etc.) and the paper came up. The second time I used Windex to clean the laptop, then alcohol as below in all other directions and still got a lift. The film appears more flexible on video, but is very stiff. I thought the thickness would be great for durability but it doesn't really work for holographic paper because if you pull hard on it it will peel off the top layer and wrinkle. And because the creases are between the cards' thick adhesive layer and the thin holographic layer, you can't smooth them out. Regardless of the return. And look for something else. Even with heat the case never softened like in the videos when applied to the edges and whatnot. In addition, the thickness affects the durability of the wrap as it protrudes far enough to provide a gradual lift as it snags on objects in normal everyday use. So not sure how it will last for years as in the description. Great color but as you can see from the photos it didn't stick to the metal of my laptop.
