Sound, battery life and connectivity are great, but I don't think the software was ready for release. I experienced intermittent microphone loss. This usually happens after you have been on the phone for more than 15 minutes. The person I'm talking to just stopped hearing me. This has happened at least 6 times in the last 2 weeks. In addition, these headphones advertise ANC and audio transmission. ANC is just "ok" but there is no audio flow. I've tried several times to change the settings in the app but to no avail.
