I'm a huge fan of Shea Moisture and this is the worst experience I've ever had! While the product smells gentle and pleasant, I noticed that the shampoo was watery. When he put something on my neck, it irritated my skin. I washed it off and carefully tried the reconstructor. The scalp burned like fire. I couldn't wash it off fast enough and my hair fell out in clumps just like mine. There was a lump in the photo I posted. Some of it even came out when drying the hair. This is a nightmare, I'm literally going bald from the amount of hair that has fallen out. I haven't tried the conditioner yet. To be honest I'm afraid to try Shea Moisture again and I've been using it for ten years now.
